The Access Center of the Lenawee Community Mental Health Authority is available at these numbers 24/7. This is the single entry point for anyone seeking services from the public mental health and substance use system.
If you have private insurance, the Access Center can help coordinate your substance use benefits with your insurance. However, the Lenawee Community Mental Health Authority will not provide those benefits. You can also contact your insurance provider directly by calling the number found on the back of your insurance card.
If you have Medicaid, the Access Center will verify the type of Medicaid you have and your ability to pay. This is to ensure that any services you receive will be affordable. The Access Center will then connect you to services.
If you don’t have health insurance, the Access Center will determine your ability to pay. This will ensure than any services you receive will be affordable. The Access Center will then connect you to services.
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.

An Engagement Center is not a treatment facility. It is a place where you can talk about your experiences with a Peer Recovery Coach – someone who has struggled with addiction and sustained their recovery.
